    The Preseason package includes a 1-hour Initial Assessment, followed by three 45-minute virtual follow-up sessions. The Initial Assessment is dedicated to determining current physical activity levels, eating behaviors, food preferences, and goals. Follow-up sessions are dedicated to crafting and maintaining a personalized plan with big picture goals and small steps for sustainable change.

  • In Season | 3 Months Bi-Weekly

    The In Season package is a three month package of bi-weekly 45-minute virtual sessions for continued support with your personalized plan. Sessions will focus on strategies to help you move towards your goals, working through barriers, and revisiting and adjusting goals to propel you forward. Purchase with Initial Assessment or expand your Preseason package!
